Full day in Amsterdam
Walk through the old medieval city center and along the famous 17th century canals. Of course, we will pass all the famous locations like the Royal Palace on Dam Square, The Red-light District, The Begijnenhof, and more. I will tell you about the history of this once most powerful city in the world.
With this tour, you get to see and experience all the things my beloved city is known for
The tour will end at the Rijksmuseum, where I will give you a guided visit to the ‘Gallery of Honor’, with works from the 17th century Dutch masters.
Along the way, we can visit two more museums, for instance:
- Our Dear Lord in the Attic, a formerly hidden Catholic Church in the middle of the Red-Light district.
- The Canal Museum, with a beautiful animation of how the canals were built in the 17th century.
- The Willet-Holthuysen House, a beautiful 19th century city-villa.
- The Anne Frank house. (Book at least 7 weeks in advance!)
Just let me know what you prefer, and I am sure we will have a very entertaining and interesting day in Amsterdam
